not satisfied .. what should i do??

I was faced with a situation that i was confused wether i should be happy i'm finally done or i should reconsider repeating my work all over again .. a complete denture patient !!
This is my worst nightmare .. the worst type of them are the ones who has a bag full of dentures and always need new ones coz they are not comfortable with theirs ..
After wasting all of these sessions with the steps for constructing a complete denture , at the day of insertion the patient showed disapproval of the denture .. she started pointing out to me that it's painful and she's not comfortable with it .. i started removing the points of intereferences and pressure .. finally she said it's okay but i can see the look of discomfort in her face .. and i'm pretty sure she did say that because she was afraid of my supervisor lol .. of course i got my requirement but still i don't feel good about it .. am i being extra sensitive about it?? or should i be happy i finished a complete denture case? ...
i know it's a learning hospital and the patients do sign a conscent about being treated by students .. i do beleive we should try to give them the best treatment .. like the example of this patient .. alot of students wouldn't give a damn about her .. as long she got her reaquirment paper signed ..
And what's really sad is that when i called my complete patient from last year .. she told me she threw my denture away :S:S she didnt even bother to use it :(( ..
something is definately wrong with removable lool .. or maybe i'm just unlucky with this subject =P

Feeling guilty is not the right way in dentistry. We have to separate our life from our jop. What we do in our clinic will finish in our clinic no matter what we did there.

never be sensitive to any thing. Even If it is your mistake becoz in the end it is not 100% yours.
If the patient was taking care of his teeth then he will never show us his face. So, in the end it is his mistake. ( Da mabda2 min mbad2y alqawiyah loooooolz)

I remember a friend. He decide to quit bcoz he did pulp exposure in his first operative patient's tooth. He got upset for a week.
NOW, He is one of the best.
He knows that being oversensitive and being so sad is not right and he has a step over that.

SO BE LIKE HIM.

i know mistakes happens .. but i beleive i should do my best .. and give my patients the best treatment and being a student doesnt mean i have to do mistakes .. this why we have supervisors
so i guess in order to be a good doctor i should be sensitive to my work .. as they say what you put in the patient's mouth is like your hand print and it's your name signature for any dentist who sees this patient after you
