It was one fine morning .. I woke up and went to college to take my lectures .. It was boring as usual .. so I stepped out for a break .. suddenly there was a guy standing right there few meters away from me .. was I supposed to panic lool .. not really because this is how things has turned out to be now after the flood .. the girls section has been damaged and there's an internal error with the elecrtiricity and here we are .. education can never stop .. right ?? .. we were forced to be taking our lectures in their buildings .. somehow this rain made us civilized and become a modern college lool .. and you can say it's a dream come true to some people =P .. at first some people I won't mention their names got really pissed from this idea and were opposing it .. I guess they couldn't sleep at night from nightmares of boys and girls exposed to each other looool .. but eventually they were out of choices .. it started with what they call strict rules such as girls going there as a group not wandring around individually .. and of course girls were asked to walk around silently without laughing or speaking in a loud voice to not grab attention to them .. really I don't know how to comment on that .. it reminded me of the days when we were in elementary schools .. what's missing is that we should walk around forming a line ( 6aboor al madrasa ) lool .. and of course guys had some rules too .. they were asked to stay inside their classes at specific times when girls pass by to their classes .. how lame !! .. they thought they had control over the situation .. but hey .. i'm talking logic .. how can they control over 300 students including guys and girls ?? it's impossible .. rain has made the impossible possible .. it's really weird how things has really changed .. after the great wall of china that was built last year between 6th year males and females .. It all went down the drain =p .. and I can say I'm glad this happened because eventually they will meet and work together so why make a big fuss about it ?? right ?? .. Maybe people may misuse the situation but also there are some advantages out of it .. you can know who are your classmates instead of meeting them in the first time during the internship .. and I'm sure marriage rate will increas tremendously looool .. so always look at the bright side !!

hello guys . It's been a very long time since i wrote anything because I was really out of ideas .. but heey there's a lot to gossip about right now lol . I guess all of you who are still in the univeristy have witnessed the situation now after jeddah's flood .. and what happened this tuesday was really hilarious and it honestly added some action to the atmosphere =p ..
the sky has started to become cloudy since 11 am , but we can't skip any classes or sessions because education is the main purpose and concern in our lives , so what if we risked our lives for the sake of learning ?? right ?? :S lol , people have noticed it but still everything was going smoothly as any other day .. around 2 pm , it was broadcasted in the news that a heavy rain was expected anytime this day .. and suddenly it all happened .. people started yelling and panicking .. someone was actually walking around yelling ( please within half an hour the university must be evacuated !! it's an order from upper hand people that all the sessions must be cancelled ) everyone wanted to leave to their homes .. chaos was everywhere .. cell phones ringing like crazy .. black berry's are goin wild with broadcasts announcing that everyone must be at their homes .. personally everyone was calling asking me where I am because they were worried about me .. wich added more to my anxiety lol .. I admit I was from the people who panicked =p .. I have seen weird statuses in the bbms that said ( I don't wanna die !! ) lool .. I went downstairs to get to the car and a huge number of people standing there just waiting for their cars to arrives .. and of course the guys just grabbed their keys and left , as simple as that :s .. the tension has increased and the negative aura was everywhere .. thank god I got out of that place .. and eventually after everyone left to their homes nothing happened loool the rain was at night .. well it was an adventure worth writing about because it was really funny when I think about it .. I really hated that fact that they didn't think ahead and made us leave early when they first discovered the cloudy weather .. but education is more important than our lives !! after all it was an exaggerated over-reaction that wasn't necessary .. i guess people here in jeddah had become over sensitive of this matter .. some may stay at their homes afraid to drown if they saw a rain drop or heard from someone that it's raining somewhere else in jeddah .. what happened was really tragic and it occured all of the sudden and was totally unexpected so i guess we do have the right to get irritated from any rainy day .. stay tuned for my next post about what happened after the rain ;)

this is a question that popped up in my head yesterday .. when everyone came back from dubai .. i was wondering why this year ?? .. dubai has been organizing conferences for so many years annually .. so there is an international conference every year .. but this year a lof people went there .. from each year .. 4th , 5th ,6th year and interns .. i don't know what's wrong with 6th year -- they are supposed to be working .. but hey who am I to judge lol .. maybe they are ahead of everyone else and have alot of time to waste .. i guess what happened is that everyone heard of this conference and planned it as taking a trip together ..not for the conference itself because from what i heard it wasnt that special .. and i guess they didn't really attend all the lectures .. or some didn't attend at all .. all they did is show their face then took their certeficate on the last day --> typical =P and suddenly alot of guys went there too .. so what did really happen there???

At any given day.. anyone of us will wake up early in the morning.. get dressed.. scrubs of course.. come to school.. attend the lecture.. & set off to the clinic.. everything is set.. Infection control.. Instruments.. Lab Work.. Patient.. You!!

I was faced with a situation that i was confused wether i should be happy i'm finally done or i should reconsider repeating my work all over again .. a complete denture patient !!
This is my worst nightmare .. the worst type of them are the ones who has a bag full of dentures and always need new ones coz they are not comfortable with theirs ..
After wasting all of these sessions with the steps for constructing a complete denture , at the day of insertion the patient showed disapproval of the denture .. she started pointing out to me that it's painful and she's not comfortable with it .. i started removing the points of intereferences and pressure .. finally she said it's okay but i can see the look of discomfort in her face .. and i'm pretty sure she did say that because she was afraid of my supervisor lol .. of course i got my requirement but still i don't feel good about it .. am i being extra sensitive about it?? or should i be happy i finished a complete denture case? ...
i know it's a learning hospital and the patients do sign a conscent about being treated by students .. i do beleive we should try to give them the best treatment .. like the example of this patient .. alot of students wouldn't give a damn about her .. as long she got her reaquirment paper signed ..
And what's really sad is that when i called my complete patient from last year .. she told me she threw my denture away :S:S she didnt even bother to use it :(( ..
something is definately wrong with removable lool .. or maybe i'm just unlucky with this subject =P
